INTRODUCTION

Last week, we learnt about the various characteristics of a deceptive situation. The Advanced Fee Fraud scam, also called "419" qualifies as a classical example of a deceptive situation. Every believer in Christ must be conscious, discerning and always sensitive to the Holy Spirit in this end- time. (Matt. 24:10-13, 24).

A. WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT DECEPTION? The Bible clearly declares that God knows all things and no deceit can be hidden from Him. Whatsoever a person sows, he shall likewise reap. Seek for counsel from men and women of integrity. Prov. 11: 14 iii. Always listen with your two ears. Jam.1 :19 iv. Listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit. Rom. 8:14-16 v.
